Editing Content

Access the content you want to edit.

  1. Click the pencil icon
  2. Make your edits
  3. Select a save option
  • Publish — accessible to all Enablix users (assign an Access Group to limit visibility by user group)
  • Request Approval — submits it for Admin review before it can be published
  • Save as My Content — accessible to you, Admins, and collaborators (if applicable), with the option to still share it with external recipients

*Save options vary based on your system role.
