Overview & Use Cases

Microsites allow you to group and share multiple content items with prospects and customers.

  • Sales — account targeting, post-call follow-up, and deal rooms
  • Customer Success — onboarding, business reviews, and renewal conversations
  • Marketing — event follow-up, campaigns, and product content

Want to include mutual action plans? Use an Engagement Hub instead.


Adding Microsites

Share as-is — jump to sharing — or add one starting from an existing Microsite or from scratch.


Customizing Microsites

Click the edit pencil icon to customize your Microsite.


Sharing & Tracking Microsites

You share a Microsite like you would any other content with prospects and customers (see all sharing options).

When prospects and customers view your shared Microsite, you get insights on:

  • Total time spent on the Microsite
  • Time spent on individual content items and whether or not they downloaded it (if applicable)
  • Whether or not they clicked on your contact information such as LinkedIn profile or calendar link (if applicable)
