Saving Options

When adding or editing content, select from the following save options:

• Publish* Content becomes accessible to all users
• Request Approval  Requires admin approval for content to become accessible to all users
  • In Content Manager, track your requests in My Requests; admins review requests in Requests
• Save as My Content (Owner's Private Content) Content is only accessible to you, admins, and collaborators (if applicable)
  • While it's only accessible to select Enablix users, as long as the content is externally shareable it can still be shared with prospects and customers
