Searching Content
Search by:
- Content types (what the content is—blog, presentation, video)
- Categories & labels (industry, solution, service)
- Keywords
Narrow down your search results using the filters on the right. You can filter by shareable value (externally shareable or internal & confidential), categories, labels, and more:
When you search content by keywords, results default to keywords appear in the title. You can expand your search results to include where the keyword appears:
- In the metadata (descriptions and more)
- In the content (e.g. page 13 of a PowerPoint or in a video transcript)
Viewing Content
When you open a piece of content in Enablix, you'll see:
- Preview of content on the right If there's multiple formats as shown here you can switch tabs to view the different formats ('file' and 'internal URL')
- Metadata on the left Offers additional information about the content such as description
- Toolbar on the top Available actions (from left to right): Edit, Make a Copy, Download, Open URL, Bookmark, Feedback, Content Insight, Preview, Share, More Actions*
*Actions under More Actions vary based on your system role.
