Searching Content

Search by:

• Content types (what the content is—blog, presentation, video)
• Categories & labels (e.g. industry, solution, service)
• Keywords

Narrow down search results using filters on the right:

When searching keywords, results can show where the keyword appears:

• In the title (default)
• In the metadata (e.g. descriptions)
• In the content (within files or video transcripts)

Viewing Content

When you open content in Enablix, you'll see:

• Preview of content on the right As shown above, if there's multiple formats you can switch between formats ('File' and 'URL')
• Metadata on the left  Organizes your content and makes it easier to find
• Toolbar on the top Available actions (from left to right):
  • Edit
  • Make a Copy
  • Open URL (if a URL)
  • Download (if a file)
  • Bookmark
  • Feedback
  • Content Insight (reporting)
  • Preview (what external recipients see)
  • Share
  • More Actions*
