Content Insight

Individual content level reporting. Open any content and click Content Insight from the top toolbar to see it's overall performance and more:

  • Performance* External engagement - which prospects and customers viewed it
  • Links* Access all links you've created for this content (a new link is created each time you share content)
  • Comments Submitted feedback on this content
  • Used In** Where this content appears in Content Kits, Microsites, or Engagement Hubs
  • All Activity** Internal engagement - which Enablix users have interacted with this content (who accessed, added, or updated it)

*Some users only see the performance and links from what they've shared and what they've created. Other users like admins see the performance and links for all users.

**Not all users have access to Used In and All Activity.
