Accessing on web, iPad, and Salesforce gives you the full experience, while accessing on mobile phones and extensions offers a streamlined experience.
Streamlined experience You can still search, view, and share content. You cannot add, edit, or delete content or track engagement.

Navigating the Platform

1. Home Browse and search content, access your bookmarks, add content
2. My Stuff Your personal reporting dashboard – see when prospects and customers view content you've shared and more
3. Content Manager View your content requests and workflows. Admins can approve or reject requests, view all workflows, and search all content.
4. Insights* Admin reporting dashboard – view user activity, content organization, and engagement (internal and external) across your portal
5. Company Settings* Manage your users, integrations, and more
*Not all users have access to Insights or Company Settings. Learn more about system roles and permissions.
Setting Up Your User Profile

- User details Profile picture and contract info (visible to external recipients if sharing Microsites and Engagement Hubs)
- Email notifications Notifications for when prospects and customers view content and more
- Slack or Microsoft Teams Integrate to share content via Slack or Teams with your team
- Email integration Integrate to share content via email with your team or prospects and customers (don't forget to add your email signature after integrating your email)
