Internal Sharing Options
Use these options to share content with other Enablix users — recipients will be prompted to sign in, giving them the same full access to the content that you have. Sharing content with prospects and customers? Use external sharing options.
Note: When you share content via these options, you will not receive any type of email notification. Internal activity is tracked differently from how we track engagement on shared content with prospects and customers to avoid skewing your data.
Copy Internal Link
- Hover over Share and click Copy Internal Link
- Paste the link wherever you communicate
Share on Slack or Teams
- Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Teams
- Select the channel you want to share to
If you haven't connected your account, you'll be prompted to do so.
Email Internally
- Hover over Share and click Email Internally
- Compose and send your email [learn more]
If you haven't connected your email, you'll be prompted to do so. Don't forget to add your email signature in your User Profile.
