Internal Sharing

Share content directly with other Enablix users using one of the following options:

• Copy Internal Link
• Share on Slack or Teams
• Email Internally

Unlike external sharing, these options prompt recipients to sign into Enablix — giving them the full platform experience.

Copy Internal Link

Use Copy Internal Link to share with Enablix users. (Looking to share with external recipients? Use Copy External Link instead.)

1. Open the content you want to share
2. Hover over Share and click Copy Internal Link
3. Click Copy Link and paste it wherever you communicate with your team

Unlike Copy External Link, you won't be prompted to enter a recipient — since the link is intended for Enablix users.

Share on Slack or Teams

Share content with Enablix users via a Slack or Teams channel.

1. Open the content you want to share
2. Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Teams*
3. Select the channel you want to share to

If you haven't connected Slack or Teams yet, you'll be prompted to do so in your User Profile.

Email Internally

Use Email Internally to share with Enablix users via email. (Looking to share with external recipients? Use Email instead.)

1. Open the content you want to share
2. Hover over Share and click Email Internally*
3. Start your email — learn more about emailing from Enablix

If you haven't connected your email yet, you'll be prompted to do so in your User Profile.
