How to Search & View Content
Finding content in Enablix is simple — search, filter, or browse, with options for viewing and sharing.
Searching Content
From the homepage, browse featured content or search using our interactive search. Search by:
- Content Types (e.g. blog, presentation, video)
- Categories & Labels (e.g. industry, product, service)
- Keywords
Viewing Content
When you open content you'll see:
- Preview on the right If there are multiple formats you can switch between them (e.g. file and URL)
- Metadata on the left Organizes your content
- Toolbar on the top Available actions (from left to right):
- Edit
- Make a Copy
- Open URL (if a URL)
- Download (if a file)
- Bookmark
- Feedback
- Content Insight (reporting)
- Preview (what external recipients see)
- Share
- More actions*
*Options under More Actions vary based on your system role.
Bookmarks
Bookmark content and Labels for easy access, plus to stay in the know on updated or new content.
Bookmarking Content
Open the content you want to bookmark and click Bookmark Asset in the top toolbar. When content you've bookmarked gets updated or delete, you'll receive an email notification each time.
Bookmarking Labels
Search the Label you want to bookmark and click Bookmark Label in the top toolbar. When new content gets Labeled with your bookmarked Labels, you'll receive a once daily email notification.
Accessing Bookmarks
Access and manage bookmarks from extensions and from the homepage by clicking Bookmarks:
