Viewing Content

Once you've found the content you're looking for, click into it to open it. From the toolbar at the top, you'll have the following options:

• Edit — All users can edit content, though saving options depend on your role.
• Make a Copy — Create an exact copy of the content. Commonly used for Microsites and Engagement Hubs.
• Download — Download the file directly.
• Bookmark — Save content for easy access later. Access your bookmarks from the homepage, mobile app, or extensions.
• Feedback — Submit feedback to your admin, such as a question or flagging a typo.
• Content Insights — View engagement reporting for the content.
• Preview — See how the content looks to recipients before sharing.
• Share — Share the content with your team, prospects, or customers.
• More Actions — Additional options vary by role.
