Overview

Share content via trackable links from Enablix or through extensions.

Internal Sharing Options

Share content with your team using one of the following options:

Copy Internal Link

1. Hover over Share and click Copy Internal Link
2. Paste the link wherever you communicate

Share on Slack or Teams

1. Hover over Share and click Share on Slack or Teams
2. Select the channel you want to share the link with

If you haven't connected with Slack or Teams yet, you'll be asked to do so.

Email Internally

1. Hover over Share and click Email Internally
2. Compose and send your email

If you haven't connected your email yet, you'll be asked to do so. Don't forget to add your email signature in your user profile.

External Sharing Options

Share content with external recipients using one of the following options:

Copy External Link

1. Hover over share and click Copy External Link
2. Enter who you're sharing with for tracking purposes
   1. Individual recipient? Enter their name or email
   2. Multiple recipients? Enter their account name
3. Click Copy Link and paste the link wherever you communicate

Email

1. Hover over Share and click Email
2. Compose and send your email

Present

1. Hover over share and click Present
2. Ener who you're presenting to for tracking purposes
   1. Individual recipient? Enter their name or email
   2. Multiple recipients? Enter their account name
3. Click Present — content opens in full screen

• Browser extensions — Chrome or Edge
• CRM — Salesforce and HubSpot
• Email platforms — Gmail and Outlook
• Email marketing platforms — HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
• Mobile — Enablix Mobile App
